City of Prince George (the “City) invites submissions from qualified Consultants demonstrating their interest, relevant expertise and capability for the design and production of construction drawings and specifications for upgrades to the refrigeration and heating system, as well as the addition to new heat recovery infrastructure. These upgrades aim to improve energy conservation and reduce operating costs at the Prince George CN Centre. The Contract will be completed in the following phases:
*Phases 2 & 3 are pending Consultant performance and project budget approval. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
