The City of Prince George is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors with demonstrated experience and capacity to complete site preparation, demolition, construction, and building renovations at Joe Martin Field, located at Balsum Park, 4055 Balsum Road, Prince George, BC. The project includes demolition of two (2) existing dugouts and two (2) bleachers, construction of two (2) new dugouts, supply and installation of two (2) new 10‑row, 24‑foot aluminum bleachers, and renovation of the on‑site concession building. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the Work as required. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations. |
