The City of Prince George (the "City") is inviting bids from qualified and experienced Suppliers to remove and replace the existing dugouts at Freeman Park (Minor Girls) and Carrie Jane Gray Park (Ron Wiley Field). Additionally, bleacher installations are required at the following parks: Freeman Park (Chuck Cadell Field), where two (2) 10-row 24' bleachers are to be installed, and Rotary Skatepark, where one (1) 5-row 15' bleacher is to be installed. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations. |
