City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking detailed proposals from qualified Suppliers who can demonstrate the appropriate experience, knowledge and availability needed to support action items from the City’s Housing Action Strategy. This initiative will include the assessment of existing pre-approved building plans including the Province’s Standardized Housing Designs Catalogue for local applicability, commissioning of new pre-approved building plans via direct commissioning or through a design contest, and the development of an Accelerated Approvals Process for priority housing types that aligns with the City’s Zoning Bylaws, development standards and design guidelines.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
