City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified contractors with respect to performing upgrades to the ammonia refrigeration plant at the Kin Centre Arenas located at 2187 Ospika Boulevard South. These upgrades will replace equipment that has reached end of life while meeting the client’s goals of decreasing GHG emissions and lowering the ammonia charge of the refrigeration plant. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to the following items: • Adiabatic condenser • High pressure receiver (HPR) • Motor control cabinet (MCC) • Brine pumps with VFD • Brine expansion tanks • Plate and frame chillers |
