City of Prince George (the “City “) invites bids from qualified Suppliers who can provide the requested materials outline in this ITT and the availability required to supply pre-paving materials. The materials required include manhole risers and valve risers used during pre-pave operations throughout the summer. The quantities are estimated based off the anticipated amount needed to complete pre-designated streets. The City will pick up the supplies from the Supplier’s yard; therefore, delivery is not required.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
