City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified Contractors to improve the destination site next to the main flowerbed at Connaught Hill Park located at 1112 Connaught Drive, Prince George, BC. The Work indicated in this tender aims to integrate several key features, including a concrete platform, accessible access points including a loading area, a stamped concrete pathway, stairs, electrical, and pergola’s base. This portion of the project does include the pergola’s base, however, excludes the supply and installation of the steel structure and stair railings. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations. |
