City of Prince George (the “City”) requests interested parties submit their intent to be considered in the naming rights of the new Canfor Leisure Pool’s two (2) multipurpose rooms.

The Canfor Leisure Pool is on target to open in late 2022 with annual pool visits estimated to reach over 200,000 per year. The Canfor Leisure Pool is designed for safety and accessibility with features that include a 6 lane 25 metre lap pool, 4 lane 25 m teaching pool, leisure pool with lazy river and play features, a large waterslide, a NinjaCross obstacle course, sauna, steam room, universal change room with 16 private change spaces and three barrier free private change rooms, ladies change room and men’s change room. The two multipurpose rooms overlook the main pool area and are available for bookings. 

This Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) is intended to identify Respondents with a serious interest and basic expertise in relation to this opportunity.  All Respondents who submit a submission in response to this RFEOI will be invited to participate in any subsequent RFP (or ITT) process, if the City proceeds with an RFP (or ITT) in relation to this opportunity.  Conversely, the City anticipates that only Respondents who have submitted a submission in response to this RFEOI will be invited to participate in any RFP (or ITT) process, again, if the City proceeds with that process.
