City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking proposals from qualified Suppliers design, supply, replacement & install of new LED field lights with protective covers for Spruce City Stadium which would include removal of the old light fixtures, brackets, hardware and wooden poles and to be replaced with new poles of the design height for optimum light levels. The City anticipates awarding a contract as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) based on the Spruce City Stadium project to the highest scoring proponent with the option to extend the term of the Contract by four (4) additional one (1) year terms with respect to additional lighting projects for sport fields. Once the annual budget has been approved, the City will contact the Supplier with the approved projects for the optional renewal year to obtain pricing. The City’s decision to award the optional renewal periods will be contingent on Supplier performance, pricing and budget approval.
