Description: 

The City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified contractors to construct a cinderblock washroom structure at Carrie Jane Gray Park in Prince George, BC. The site is publicly accessible with direct access off Massey Drive and Del Laverdure Way, with a gravel parking lot immediately beside the proposed building location. The building will require new water, sanitary and electrical service connections from nearby sources. The building is of similar materials and construction as a building recently constructed in fall of 2020 at Ron Brent Park, and will continue to be the building style for future park washrooms for the foreseeable future.
