The City of Prince George (the "City") is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop an Active Transportation Plan (ATP). This plan will establish strategies to enhance active mobility, encompassing walking, cycling, and other forms of non-motorized transportation (e.g., using wheelchairs, scooters, etc.), for individuals of all ages and abilities. The Active Transportation Plan will support the City's vision of a safe and efficient transportation system, contribute to improved air quality, and promote a healthier community.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
