City of Prince George invites bids from qualified and experienced Suppliers for the supply and application of dust palliative material to treat approximately 50 km Gravel Roads and approximately 20 km of gravel lanes, once per year in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

The approved products for this contract are:

  1. Liquid Calcium Chloride; or
  2. Flake or Powdered Calcium Chloride; or
  3. Liquid Magnesium Chloride.

 

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
