City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified contractors with respect to the rehabilitation of the Wastewater Treatment Centre (WWTC) roof located at 4055 Lansdowne Rd, Prince George, BC. The roof is nearing its end-of-life and requires rehabilitation to address its current issues and prevent further deterioration. The Work includes the supply of materials, labour, and equipment required to replace the sections of the roof and associated flashing indicated in the areas of work. Phase 1 of the rehabilitating of the WWTC roof was completed in 2024. |
