City of Prince George (the “City”) is seeking statements of qualifications from Respondents interested in providing the City with graphic design services on an as and when required, non-exclusive basis. The City intends to qualify five (5) Respondents to be on the preferred Suppliers list for a period of three (3) years. Respondents on the preferred Suppliers list may be asked to provide a quote for a project under $75,000. If the project cost is expected to be over $75,000, the Respondents on the preferred Suppliers list will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Respondents must demonstrate their ability to product quality work using Adobe CC software. The Work required is print and web ready files for posters, advertisements, signs, brochures, and other similar items. Respondents must demonstrate professional proficiency and a commitment to superior service levels. Based on the evaluation of this RFPQ the City intends to establish a list of qualified Suppliers who, on an as and when required, non-exclusive basis, may be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a contract for provisions of the services described in Annex 1. |
