City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified contractors for the demolition, removal, utilities disconnection, hazardous materials abatement, backfilling and site restoration of the City-owned property at 650 Dominion Street, Prince George, BC. The goal of this project is to remove and dispose of the existing building and restore the site to graded smooth and compacted gravel surface. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations. |
