City of Prince George (the “City “) invites bids from experienced suppliers for the manufacturing, delivery and
installation of one (1) fully serviced modular structure (24’ x 60’) in accordance with the terms and conditions
outlined herein.
 

This project is to replace the existing facilities for the Parks Division outside workers, as well as providing a
spacious meeting place for Parks Administration Staff. The existing trailer washrooms, change rooms, and
the lunchroom are no longer adequate to facilitate Parks summer staffing needs.
 

The location of work will take place in northeast corner of the City of Prince George Public Works Yard at
4050/3990 18th Ave. The targeted installation area is currently an asphalt parking area.
