City of Prince George (City) invites suppliers interested in an opportunity to operate exclusive food and beverage services, at various City facilities, listed in Annex 1 – Opportunity Detials, which includes full-service catering, private suite catering, concession services, vending services, non-alcoholic beverage services and alcohol services. The City is looking for a supplier who shows strength in community connections, service commitment, employee performance, business innovation, financial stability, team building, and industry leadership as well as market responsiveness. It is the City’s intention that these facilities will be operated in a professional and fiscally responsible manner consistent with best industry practices. The initial term of the contract will be for a period of five (5) years with one (1) optional renewal periods of five (5) year each. The contract will start in the fall of 2025. |
