The City of Prince George invites bids from qualified and experienced contractors in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein, for the supply of materials, labour, and equipment to replace the roofs and associated flashing for the following Civic Facilities:
a) Two Rivers Art Gallery – 725 Canada Games Way
b) Seniors Activity Centre – 425 Brunswick St
c) Civic Centre – 808 Civic Centre Plaza
d) Public Works Shop – 4050 18th Ave
e) Agriplex Livestock Arena – 4199 18th Ave
All buildings are to have the existing roofing material removed and replaced with SBS torch on roofing membranes. The lowest compliant bidder for each location will be awarded a contract.
