City of Prince George (the “City“) invited bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide annual testing services for asphalt and concrete materials for the City’s capital works projects and all of the annual curb and sidewalk maintenance projects in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
