The City of Prince George is soliciting submissions from experienced and qualified suppliers for the rental program of coveralls, mats and lockers at several City site locations.  Each site may have multiple drop off and pick up locations.  The supplier is responsible for delivery and pick up at the various locations and laundering and repair of all its products.

Historically between the months of April to November, there has been an increase/decrease in quantity of coveralls required or a hold/pause for employees if they move to another division. 

The program goals include:

• To provide clean and quality coveralls & mats to various divisions, on an ongoing basis;
• To provide lockers for the locations without City owned lockers;
• To provide seamless flow of coverall change outs without disruptions; and,
• To provide cost effective services.
