City of Prince George (the “City “) invites bids from qualified and experienced Suppliers to upgrade the Council Chambers AV System. The intent of this project is to enhance the overall functionality and performance of the AV system by improving or replacing outdated equipment, addressing and resolving long-standing technical issues, improving accessibility by implementing hearing assistance technology and simplifying system operation for City staff during council meetings. In addition, this upgrade aims to ensure a more reliable, user-friendly, and accessible viewing experience for all participants, whether attending in person or watching remotely via live stream or recorded sessions.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
