City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant for the provision of consulting services for the development of confined space, sanitary lift station procedures and site modifications focused on improving safety and risk mitigation.

The City has nine (9) "duplex" sanitary lift stations composed of wetwell and drywell chambers. These station arrangements provide several challenges to safety and confined space entry. The City is seeking a Consultant to provide preliminary design options and cost estimates to eliminate or mitigate these hazards. Provisionally, the City may also require assistance administering the implementation and documentation of the safety improvements over a multi-year period.
