The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite proposals from qualified insurance providers who have the knowledge, technical resources, experience, reputation and capacity to provide services related to ICBC Autoplan Insurance for the City of Prince George’s large and dynamic fleet. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
