Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Prince George invites Proposals from qualified and suitably experienced companies, interested in performing a ‘design-build’ project to design and construct the new Malaspina Child Care Centre, located at 8008 Malaspina Avenue in College Heights, Prince George, BC. The intent is for the Design-builder selected from this RFP process to perform the design services (the “Services”) and construction work (the “Work”) as detailed herein, in order to complete the overall Malaspina Child Care project (the “Project”). Design-Build Budget: The City’s maximum budget for completion of all design services and construction work (collectively the “Services” and “Work”) to be performed by the Design-Builder detailed in this RFP is: $2.3M plus GST. |
