City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified Suppliers to provide immediate thermal-bridging insulation corrective works at identified locations across the Canfor Leisure Pool. The Supplier will be responsible for reducing or eliminating heat transfer at specific weak points by implementing both internal and external insulation solutions, reducing energy inefficiency, and supporting compliance with current building performance standards.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
