City of Prince George is seeking the services of qualified Contractors to recycle asphalt and concrete rubble created during operational digs. This material will be delivered and unloaded via City or contracted dump trucks throughout the year. Contractors must be available to receive materials from the City within city limits during typical operational hours.

This is a non-exclusive, as required arrangement whereby the City intends to award this service contract to more than one (1) Bidder on the basis of lowest bid, determined by the Bidder’s costs, availability of service, and compliance with all the requirements of this invitation to Tender.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
