City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Suppliers to replace the aging laptops currently utilized by the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) with new laptops. Additional services are not required as the configuration and installation of the new laptops will be performed internally. The Proponent awarded the Contract as a result of this RFP will be the preferred vendor for any further laptop desktop, monitors, docking stations, printers and other PC-related peripherals purchases with respect laptop replacements for a period of five (5) years on an as-required non-exclusive basis. The City will obtain quotes for any further purchases and will proceed if the quote provided is within budget and acceptable to the City. The City reserves the right to seek quotes from other Suppliers. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations. |
