City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Consultants for the rehabilitation of its existing, digital sanitary sewer model (the “Model”). It is expected the Project will result in a functional model which the City may rely on to provide estimations of capacity within the existing sanitary network and assess the impact of new demands from proposed developments. 

With guidance and recommendations from the Consultant, the City plans to create a flow monitoring program to collect data required for model development. Together, model rehabilitation and a flow monitoring program will constitute the bulk of the work for Phase 1. To maintain a functional model, the City anticipates a need for Phase 2 for ongoing consultation.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
