Description: 

The City of Prince George (City) is seeking proposals from best in class resellers, for a new three-year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA).  The City of Prince George is looking to fully utilize its investment in Microsoft products and seeks resellers who can provide the following services:

  • work closely with the City in annual licensing reviews and true-ups;
  • assist the City in utilizing all available Microsoft Agreement benefits; and,
  • identify relevant Microsoft engagements and programs that would benefit the City and its staff.

The City’s current contract requires renewal for January 1, 2022.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
