City Bid Opportunities

This site allows potential Bidders to create a Vendor account and  select commodity codes for goods and services. The Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities that match your commodity code selection.

The City intends to post all competitive opportunities on this website. BC Bid will no longer be used to post documents but will provide a listing of opportunities and a link back to this website. 

The City of Prince George will not charge any document, project or administrative fees to Bidders. In order to submit a bid, Bidders are required to create a Bidding System Vendor Account but are not required to pay an annual subscription fee in order to submit a bid.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.
